jaas08MemberNo,everything is kept secret.
Maybe after the memorial service there will be some news but the family wants to keep everything private at the moment.

jaas08MemberDear Onedin fans,A few days ago someone posted in the gilmore-stallybrass guestbook that Peter Gilmore had passed away Sunday 3 February 2013.
Because there was no official confirmation I didn't mention it in the group.Unfortunately today the sad news is confirmed by: Alan Pulverton; Equity; Roger Carey Associates

Only know that Anne and Peter don't give any interviews anymore.
Will try to contact the agency and get more info.
Site will be updated during the next months, need to copy it into another program first.Marianne

End of September/beginning November series 8 will be released by Memphis Belle.Marianne

jaas08MemberFor the first 2 series there are 3 books:The Shipmaster
The Iron Ships
and The High SeasYou can all order them on amazon or sometimes on eBay.
Kind regards,
Mariannejaas08MemberOn eBay.
They're called "Die Onedin Linie" and quite expensive. You can also buy the Dutch DVDs, less expensive, original speech and subtitles can be switched off. Called The Onedin Line or De Onedin Lijn. Series 1 to 7 are already released, series 8 will be released 20 September.

siblings. There is always rivalry among them and they always seem to
want to outsmarten each other. Their attempts at doing so made me
laugh more than once.Robert and James are pretty much opposites with Robert being the
cautious politician, able to look at the bigger picture where James
tends to crash in and only looks at his own interests. They need
each other and don't like it one bit.[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
jaas08MemberIn total there are 8 series. Series 5 probably will be released at the end
of this year; this is what Memphis Belle told. If series 6-8 will be
released is still a question for all of us.Marianne
