Everyone,I followed Carin Koenheim's
suggestion and ordered online from http://www.nl.bol.com They have an English
outlet but the DVD seems to be available only from the Netherlands. The cost is
22.99 plus 14.35 postage (37.34 total). N.B When using the drop down menu to
put "UK" in the country section of the address info., you need "Verenigd
Konkrijk" Hope this is helpful, and thanks to Marianne and

Hi,You can also buy it from freerecordshop.com. Their price for it is a bit more that at bol.com, but they have a lot more reasonable postage costs for outside the EU.
