    Hi Bill,

     

    Downloaded DIVX player but can’t
    open the file….yes it opens but I only get pages full of unreadable text
    on my screen.

    Can you advice me what to do?

    I'd guess the file is corrupted during downloading.
    Try downloading it again
     
    You should get a file Volume 2.avi 4.82 MB
    (5,056,512 bytes).

    It works….but only with Internet
    Explorer and not with Netscape.

    can make it a bit more difficult.
