    For all Jessica Benton fans:
     
    Is anybody interested in  "The magic legend of
    the juggler (1970)" or "De vijf van de vierdaagse (1974)" ?
    I have both of them on dvd. The first one is in
    English, the latter in dutch.

    Yeah!!! I'm a great fan of Jessica since I was a teenager.
    She's a very beautiful woman and her radiant smile is fascinating! 🙂
    But unfortunately I've never seen Jessica in other films outside the
    Onedin Line. Perhaps you could capture some pics from the dvd's. It
    was an interesting enrichment for my picture section at
    http://www.onedinlinie.de
    I would be very grateful if you could do it.

    —Isn';t she beautiful? i have seen a pic of her, in a newpaper
    artilcle a few years ago and she looked lovely, I beleive that seh is
    now runing a kind of farm/animal sanctuary and has nearly given up
    acting. shame!

    Jessica is the finest woman I've ever seen and she's a great and
    wonderful actress. I think, she's given up her acting career too
    soon. She could be a hollywood star. Unfortunately it's too bad and
    too late now. 🙁 I believe, she couldn't accept the very hard rules
    in this business. I'm sure, she's a wonderful nature and she wouldn't
    suck up to the executive floors of the movie business.
    I would like to dedicate a special section at my Onedin fanpage to
    Jessica.
    Perhaps she would be glad to know that she's still a lot of fans.

    I'll put some captured images of her from the series in the files section
    when I think about it.

    We should not forget what a fine actress she was in the series and a very
    big star at the time.

    Jessica and I are about the same age, one thing I do know is she will now
    look a lot better than I do!

    No I am sure that isn't right either, more like in her fifties,
    having spoken to Mike Billington briefly about Jessica, we were
    discussing series 3, I thought the characters were more solid, and
    established he agreed saying Jessica was very young when it started,
    which would indicate she was alot younger than him, now he is 62 born
    1942, hope this helps….

    Read somewhere that she was born in 1948, same year as me. Can't remember
    the source of that information now though.

    Makes her 55-56. And that is where all similarity ends!

    Hi Matias,
    I think Jessica is younger.
     
    Probably she is born in 1948/1949.
     
    There was an article in  The Woman's
    Magazine in 1991/1992 saying :
    Peter is now 60 Anne 53 and Jessica
    44.
    And we  know that Peter is born in
    1931 and Anne in 1940
    So if you count………………
     
    An other article I've seen Jessica says she was
    about twenty when starting The Onedin Line 1970/1971.
     
    So 1942 is definitely  too early!

    Im sure she looks seveal years yonger than that.
