I think all the actors in the series were
outstanding in their individual roles.  I am unable to pick just
one.

Gilmore.
The Onedin Line wouldn't be The Onedin Line without him.

I was on my early thirties when I watched Onedin Line for the first

time in the seventies and Peter  was fabulous then and still is after

30 years, when I was lucky to see The OL  again last year.

My
Onedin colection is lacking the episode called Cry for Blackbird 

from the series 1.
