Dear shipmates,
Peter Gilmore has passed away.
The Captain has set sail for his very last journey.
I was immensely sad when I heard this news.
Peter has died in a hospice. I do hope he did not have to suffer too much in the end.
My condolences to Anne and his son Jason, his nearest and dearest.
"He was a gentle man and a gentleman"; how well Jessica put it.
Peter, you have brought so much happiness into our lives:
by your fine acting, your smile, your humour.
You will always be loved and remembered.
